How do I change my Password?(link)

• To change your password, scroll down under the heading My Account to the link My Settings. Click and My Settings will open. Enter your old password. Enter your new password and enter it again for confirmation. When finished, click Save.

I forgot my Login and Password, what should I do?(link)

• If you have forgotten your login or password, move your cursor over the picture of a Question Mark where you login. A pop-up window will open with the message, “If you forgot password click here.” Enter your e-mail you registered with and press Restore Password. Your login and password will be sent to your personal e-mail address.

Why doesn’t My Login/Password work?(link)

• If you receive a message that says, “Your login/password doesn’t work,” try re-entering them again. A pop-up window with the message, “Username or password is not valid…click here.” Or you can place your cursor over the Question Mark across from the word password. A pop-up window will open with the message, “If you forgot password click here”. Enter your e-mail address in the pop-up window and your login and password with be delivered to your personal e-mail address.
