Meetings
Back to main pageHow to initiate a meeting, find a meeting, or invite someone to a meeting.
The Meetings section has tabs for two modes — "Join to" and "Initiate." "I join" is the default selection. Selecting the "I initiate" mode will take you to the page of your questionnaire in the "Meetings ->Add new meeting" section.
There is a filter bar displayed in the "I join" mode.
By default or in case a filter and sorting bars are not completed, all active meetings will be displayed, sorted in ascending order according to date and time.
Clicking on the "Meeting description" link takes you to the meeting initiator’s questionnaire where a selected meeting is opened.
Initiating a meeting (link)

The "I join" mode allows you to find all existing meetings and join the one you select. The filter bar is displayed in "I join" mode.
To find and join a meeting:
- Fill in the filter fields
- Press the "Search" button
- Click on the "Show meeting" link
- Fill in the field for "Join a meeting and leave own suggestion(optionally)"
- Press the"Join a meeting" button
If you would like to have a meeting with a user whose questionnaire you viewed, go to the "Meetings" tab and join an existing meeting following instructions 4-5 described above.
Inviting to a meeting (link)
To invite a favorite user:
- Open the "Meetings" tab
- Open the "Initiate a meeting" subtab
- Fill out the form
- Select your favorite user(s) at the bottom of the form
- Press "Save"
To invite a user to a meeting:
- Visit a user's questionnaire
- Open the "Meetings" tab
- Press "Invite the user to new meeting"
