When using the website, you can always connect to the moderator if needed. If you find the information about any user contradicts the Terms of Use or their behavior is offensive, please communicate this to the moderator.

To complain to the moderator

You can connect to the moderator any time you have a situation requiring intervention. To inform the moderator on site use infringements or offensive behavior, follow these steps:

Visit the offending user's profile: Click on the link To complain to moderator
Select a reason in the Reason for complaint field in the pop-up window; describe the offensive or site use infringement situation as completely as possible
Write the description of the infringement or offensive behavior in the Comment field
Press the Send button

One a complaint is sent, the moderator receives a message. The moderator will then take one of the following actions regarding the user you complain about:

Decline a complaint if the moderator does not determine there is an infringement
Send a warning message to the user
Delete the user's profile if infringements or offensive behavior is a frequent occurrence

Once the moderator takes action, you will receive a letter describing the moderator's decision; this will be in the folder My messages->Service.
