Online help

There is a summary of helpful information on all website sections. To visit a particular section, click on its name. If you need additional information about the section, use the online help service.

You can use online help any time you have a question by following these steps:

1. Click on the pictogram of the online help service (  );
2. Fill out the Name and Question fields in the pop-up window
3. Press the "Start chat" button

In the case there is no operator online (for some technical reasons), you will have another pop-up window. Then follow these steps:

1. Fill out the Name, E-mail, Subject, Message fields in the pop-up window
2. Press the "Send e-mail" button
